Build a workforce with strong ability and good at fighting hard battles.

Second, deepen democratic management. Organize a special inspection of open and democratic management every month, widely listen to the opinions, suggestions and demands of employees, and more effectively implement the rights of employees to know, participate, express and supervise. Focus on hot issues, listen to the voice of employees, effectively let employees feel the care of the organization, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

Third, carry out a series of activities. According to the annual trade union activity plan, organize and carry out activities according to the plan to constantly enrich the cultural life of employees.
